OUR STORY
Most Generací z.s., based in Plzeň, Czechia, is a newly established organization that has set out with a strong vision. Our main goal is to promote intergenerational solidarity, support young people’s active citizenship skills, and create learning environments that encourage them to contribute to social development.
Our organization is particularly focused on supporting the social and professional development of young people and disadvantaged groups. In line with the principle of empowerment through education, we organize workshops, seminars, and collaborative projects on topics such as digital skills, environmental awareness, gender equality, social inclusion, and entrepreneurship. Despite being a young organization, we have rapidly built a growing impact area thanks to our strong ties with the local community and our work that is sensitive to the needs of young people.
Most Generací z.s. embraces European values and aims to provide young people with cross-border learning opportunities through international programs such as Erasmus+. We believe in the power of education and intercultural exchanges to broaden individuals’ horizons. Therefore, we attach great importance to playing an active role in Erasmus+ projects—both by opening Czech youth to Europe and by hosting European youth in Czechia, thereby integrating the local community with Europe.
At the same time, our organization also plans to carry out various activities in the fields of environmental sustainability, intergenerational knowledge sharing, and volunteering. In this way, we aim to bring together different age groups to create a society united around shared experiences and values. Alongside youth work, we also seek to develop joint projects with older individuals, aiming to establish innovative models in knowledge transfer and social integration.
As Most Generací z.s., our vision is to become a widely recognized platform across Europe where young people act as agents of social change, fostering inclusivity and inspiration. Although we are a new organization, our energy, commitment, and culture of collaboration have already set us on a strong path of growth. Together with our local and international partners, we are determined to create impactful, socially beneficial, and sustainable projects.

OUR ACTIVITIES AND EXPERIENCES
Although Most Generací z.s. is a newly established civil society organization, it has quickly built an effective local network by taking active and conscious steps in the youth field. Founded in the city of Plzeň, our organization organizes various activities with the aim of raising young people’s awareness of social issues, developing their active citizenship skills, and creating awareness in the fields of social inclusion. In these activities, which focus on improving young people’s social, digital, and cultural skills, young people aged 18–30 actively participate.
One of our first activities was the “Sustainable Living for Youth” workshop. Within the scope of this workshop, interactive sessions on environmental awareness were carried out with the participation of young people aged 18–25.
By cooperating with student clubs operating in the Plzeň region, we organized “Intergenerational Solidarity Dialogue Days.” In this event, young people and elderly individuals came together to exchange experiences and engage in conversations about shared life and solidarity.
In addition, the young volunteers of our organization are encouraged to actively take part in local events. In this way, they both develop their leadership skills and increase the visibility of our organization.
Although our organization has not yet taken part as a coordinator in Erasmus+ projects, our members are experienced individuals who have personally participated in Erasmus+ youth exchanges and training courses. For example, one of our members previously received training on how young people can participate more effectively in society through digital tools. Such individual experiences contribute to building a strong foundation for our organization in terms of networking at the European level and complying with quality standards.
As Most Generací z.s., we hold regular internal meetings and planning sessions. In the first week of every month, we organize volunteer meetings to exchange ideas with young people.
Although we are a new organization, with our institutional motivation, local partnerships, and the voluntary contributions of young people, we are in a rapid and qualitative process of development.
