OUR STORY
Our organization is particularly focused on supporting the social and professional development of young people and disadvantaged groups. In line with the principle of empowerment through education, we organize workshops, seminars, and collaborative projects on topics such as digital skills, environmental awareness, gender equality, social inclusion, and entrepreneurship. Despite being a young organization, we have rapidly built a growing impact area thanks to our strong ties with the local community and our work that is sensitive to the needs of young people.
Most Generací z.s. embraces European values and aims to provide young people with cross-border learning opportunities through international programs such as Erasmus+. We believe in the power of education and intercultural exchanges to broaden individuals’ horizons. Therefore, we attach great importance to playing an active role in Erasmus+ projects—both by opening Czech youth to Europe and by hosting European youth in Czechia, thereby integrating the local community with Europe.
At the same time, our organization also plans to carry out various activities in the fields of environmental sustainability, intergenerational knowledge sharing, and volunteering. In this way, we aim to bring together different age groups to create a society united around shared experiences and values. Alongside youth work, we also seek to develop joint projects with older individuals, aiming to establish innovative models in knowledge transfer and social integration.

OUR TEAM
The Most Generací z.s. team consists of individuals from different disciplines who share a common vision in the fields of youth work, civil society engagement, and social inclusion.
Youth Work Coordinator
She has experience in the field of civil society. She has been involved in projects focusing on empowering young people in active citizenship, digital media literacy, and social entrepreneurship. She previously received training in digital participation and youth-focused content creation. Within the project, she will support training sessions and workshops, as well as assist participants in documenting their learning outcomes through Youthpass.
Digital Content and Visual Communication Officer
Educated in graphic design and digital storytelling, our last member contributes to youth work with creative visual tools. She actively manages the digital presentations of our events and social media campaigns. In the project, she will play an active role in preparing videos, posters, social media posts, and dissemination materials to increase the project’s visibility. She will also document the digital content produced by participants during the activities and contribute to dissemination strategies.
Local Networks and Logistics Officer
Our key staff actively collaborates with youth centers and university clubs in the Plzeň region and is experienced in building regional networks and ensuring the participation of local youth. He managed the organizational process of the local event “Intergenerational Solidarity Dialogue Days.” He will also be responsible for preparing social media content throughout the project.
